Dr. Sanchez is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating a broad range of mental health disorders, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, neurodivergence and anxiety, as well as grief and end-of-life care.
Education & training
She graduated with honors in psychology and completed her medical training at UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine, where she specialized in UCLA's Spanish-Psychosocial Clinic, Psychotherapy Clinic, and Palliative Psychiatry.
Her approach
Dr. Sanchez integrates medication management with therapeutic elements to empower her patients. She prioritizes equitable access to care, particularly for underserved communities — women, people of color, the elderly, and the LGBTQ+ community.
Outside the office
She grew up in Central California and is proud of her Latinx heritage. She enjoys Bob's Burgers, reading, tea, and time with her dog, Benjamin.
